商品 Products

  • 手工製作、測量，尺寸有些許合理差異。
    Handcrafted items may vary slightly in size.
  • 釉色分佈不盡相同。
    The distribution of glaze may vary from piece to piece.
  • 所使用之金屬釉皆非食用釉，請勿直接接觸食物。（杯款商品都已將金屬釉使用在作品外側釉色表現，容器內側使用食器用透明釉，可安心承裝液體。）
    • The metallic glaze used in our products is not safe for food. Please avoid direct contact with food. The metallic glaze is applied to the exterior of cup products, while a food-safe transparent glaze is used on the interior, making it safe for liquids.
  • 食用器皿建議在使用後務必確實以清潔劑內外清洗、晾乾，不宜久置、長時間泡水。
    • Cleaning food-use utensils thoroughly with detergent and drying them after use is recommended. Avoid prolonged soaking.
  • 部分透明釉面屬於裂紋透明釉種，在使用數次後釉面裂紋會越來越明顯，屬於正常現象，也是一種與器皿互動的展現。
    • Some transparent glazes may develop crack patterns that become more pronounced with use. This is a normal occurrence and adds to the character of the item.

訂單 Orders

  • 配送時間為週一至週五 10:00 - 17:00，週六日無安排配送。
    Delivery is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No deliveries are arranged on weekends.
  • 若節慶假日遇訂單較多或不可抗力天災因素，則可能延遲出貨。
    • During holiday seasons, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters) may cause delays.
  • 運送實際配送狀況將依照宅配司機安排之路線而定。
    Actual delivery schedules will be determined by the courier's route.
  • 訂購完成請於 4天內 進行付款動作，若逾 4天，尚未付款成功，系統將自動取消訂單，敬請見諒！
    Please complete payment within 4 days after placing your order. If payment is not received within this period, the system will automatically cancel the order.

關稅 Customs Duty

跨境交易商品通關時，如遇收件地區海關收取稅金，相關稅金與費用應由 收件方 負擔。

For cross-border transactions, any customs duties or fees imposed by the destination country’s customs during the clearance process are the responsibility of the recipient.

*Object by 1218 不會主動來電要求您操作 ATM 匯款、詢問帳戶事宜、購買點數，若接到可疑電話，請保持冷靜拒絕回應，立刻掛斷電話並聯絡我們，或直接撥 165 反詐騙諮詢專線做確認。

*Object by 1218 will never call to ask you to perform an ATM transfer, inquire about your bank account details, or ask you to purchase credits. If you receive a suspicious call, please stay calm, refuse to respond, hang up immediately, and contact us. You may also dial 165 (Anti-Fraud Hotline) for verification.

退換貨政策 Return & Exchange Policy


退換貨條件 Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

 一、若要符合指定退換貨退款條件，請您務必確保商品是全新狀態且完整包裝（保持商品、附件、包裝、廠商紙箱及所有隨附吊牌及發票之完整性），否則恕不接受退換貨。 
To qualify for returns or exchanges, the product must be in brand-new condition and in its original packaging (including the product, accessories, packaging, manufacturer’s box, and all attached tags and invoices). Otherwise, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
二、台灣境內交易，根據台灣消保法第十九條規範，均享有 7 天的鑑賞期（以包裹簽收日開始計算），鑑賞期非試用期。
INTERNATIONAL ORDER 國外交易恕無鑑賞期。
For domestic transactions in Taiwan, customers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act (calculated from the date of package receipt). The inspection period is not a trial period.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS do not have an inspection period.
只要您符合下述條件之一，本司將無條件退換貨：
Object by 1218 will accept returns or exchanges unconditionally if any of the following conditions are met:
  1. 實際收到的商品與所訂購商品不符合。
    2. The received product does not match the ordered product.
  2. 建議在開封商品時錄製影片，以作為損害的證據，以避免雙方之間的爭議。
    It is recommended to record a video when unboxing the product to provide evidence of any damage, which can help avoid disputes.
  3. 接受未打開的商品退貨，但買家需支付退貨運費。
    Unopened items may be returned, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

以下狀況，恕不接受退換貨：
The following conditions are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
  1. 包裹簽收日起超過七天以上的商品，恕不接受退換。
    2. Items that have been received for more than seven days.
  2. 商品已有使用之痕跡。 
    Items showing signs of use.
  3. 商品損壞、變質、髒污，或其他不可回復之痕跡。
    Damaged, degraded, or stained items, or items with other irreversible marks.
  4. 商品原包裝遺失、毀損。
    5. Items missing original packaging or damaged packaging.
  5. 發票、單據遺失
    6. Missing invoices or documents.
  6. 寄送國外之商品
    Items shipped internationally.

退換貨
退款流程 Return Process
  • 如欲退換貨請務必提前與我們聯繫。如果物品在沒有聯繫的情況下退回並且物品丟失，我們可能無法退款。
    If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us in advance. If the item is returned without prior notice and is lost, we may be unable to provide a refund.
  • 一旦收到您的退換貨退款商品，我們將會進行商品檢驗；並在結束檢驗後通知您有關退換貨退款接收狀況。
    Once we receive your return or exchange, the item will undergo inspection. After the inspection is completed, you will be notified of the return/exchange status.
  • 若您的退貨退款被批准，我們將會退回相關款項至您的信用卡（或您原先所使用之支付選項。
    If your return is approved, the refund will be credited back to your credit card (or your original payment method). 
  • 詳細退款時間依據不同的信用卡發卡銀行而有所不同，海外訂購退款約需 30-40 個工作天。
    The refund processing time may vary depending on the issuing bank, with international refunds typically taking 30-40 business days.

運費 Return Shipping Costs

 您將負擔退換貨流程寄回我司之運費，如欲退貨，稍前您已支付的運費會包含在退款金額裡，全額退款。
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our company. If you are returning an item, the shipping cost you initially paid will be included in the refund amount, ensuring a full refund.
